Below is a schedule of items we will be looking
for.  Although you can bring in any season year
round we strongly recommend the following:

January - Spring            July - Nothing
February - Spring          August - Fall
March - Summer           September - Winter
April - Summer              October - Winter
May - Summer               November - Winter
June - Fall                      December - Nothing
STEPS TO CONSIGNING

  1. Make sure clothing items are clean, odor free, and wrinkle free.  A quick way to knock out
    wrinkles is to put them in the dryer for a few minutes.
  2. Check each garment for stains, holes & tears, missing buttons, peeling, etc. Pay close
    attention to the neckline and cuffs when looking for stains.  Also, look closely for stains on
    dark colored clothing.
  3. Sort clothing by style.  For instance, put all shirts together, all pants together, onesies in
    one group, etc.
  4. Make sure that buttons are buttoned, zippers are zipped and snaps are snapped!  
  5. We prefer for clothing to be folded and brought in a basket or plastic storage container.  
    ABSOLUTELY NO TRASH BAGS!
  6. Any consignments that come in bags and not prepared properly will incur a $5.00 fee
    charged to the consignors account
  7. Each consignor is allowed one 18-22 gallon container of clothing each week. (Excluding
    large items such as swings and bouncers.) This allows us to give equal time to all our
    consignors and get your items out on the floor more quickly!
  8. We accept all items in the current season, only.  Off season clothing will be placed in
    storage for a $2.00 fee per consignment charged to the consignors account.
  9. A few tips:  Shoes really must be in new condition to sell. We are looking for brands like
    Gymboree, Jack & Janie, Ralph Lauren, Gap, Melissa & Doug, Rare Editions, Motherhood,
    etc. Unless they are in NEW condition; we try to avoid brands available at discount stores
    like Faded Glory,  & Garanimals.
  10. We are selective about toys.  Please ask us about toys before bringing them in.  You
    should also know that any toys or items brought in that are found to be recalled will be
    forfeited by the consignor, so please check the cpsc.org website.
  11. Items we do not accept:  Car seats, diaper pails or potty chairs, crib mattresses, mens or
    ladies clothing. Bathtubs will be accepted on an as needed basis only.
  12. Socks, bibs, hats, receiving blankets, towels, cotton pants and shorts will be paid out
    $0.10 each added to consignors accounts, and accepted on an as needed basis only.
  13. Crib bedding accepted on an as needed basis; only in current patterns and styles only
    and with management approval.
  14. We price it, tag it, and sell it!
  15. Checks are available any time following the first Monday of each month.

                     bags to carry home your purchases.  

If you have children's hangers or safety pins you
no longer need, we will make sure they are
reused too.  Just bring them with you when you
come to shop!
